Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I always have a pain in my testicles if I don't have sex for over a week, I started realising this at my early twenties and its now bothering me. I'm maried with a six yr old daughter, my spouse doesn't mind, but she might be away for two weeks for work puprposes. What can I do?
hi dear, testicle pain if you don't have sex for week that means it may be due to accumulation of semen and sometimes engorgement of veins . sometimes if you sexually excited and not having sex or masturbate then even having testicle pains . so if not having sex for long time than you can masturbate so pain released. for proper diagnosis you should consult any urologist and also psychiatrist. not to worry about it. Thank you
