Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Back That Radiates To The Shoulder
I am having pain in my back beginning just under ribcage on right side that radiates upward toward shoulder. Has been for over 4 hours now. Pain sharpens with inhale. Lots of burping. No fever. Unable to sleep due to pain and discomfort. From what I have read sounds like gallbladder attack. I have taken OTC gas relief and acid reducer meds. Should I wait this out and see doctor in the AM or do I go to emergency room??
It might be due to musculoskeletal pain most probably. We have to rule out conditions like spine problems also. As of now you can take analgesics like NSAIDS for pain relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
