Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Head And Eye Twitching
Hi, I ve been diagnosed with migraines in the past but the recent events have been very strange. The pain starts at the base of my skull in my spine, feels like knives and a lot of pressure then moves to the rest of my head. During these headaches, my eyes twitch with my heart beat and there s nothing I can do to stop it. I m going for an MRI soon and have an appointment with an optometrist coming up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

your description of pain again appears like migraine with aura but anyway u go f0r MRI and opthal check up....but if all these negative then do Routine blood check up with ESR, CRP, Sugar check up , ECG.
Treatment for these type of headache is
Tab Amitryptiline 10 mg HS
Tab Naproxen 500 mg BD x 3 days
Zolmist nasal spray if headache is severe
