Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee

I have pain in my knee. Mostly shows up when sitting down. I bend my knee the pain will lesson. Then it increases so I straighten my leg. Then it starts hurting again. Intervals of about a minute, the the pain will disappear almost completely after about half an hour. When the pain is behind my knee the pain radiates to both hip and foot, and also cause somewhat of a numb feeling in my foot. I have had this for a food six months.
