Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Right Lung

last week i had some pain in my lower right lung....and still this week my right lung hurts sometimes...i am not able to sleep much at night as my lung fills up with liquid.....when i first sit up after lying down i can cough up thick white phlem....sometimes i have a dry cough that is just hard to stop...any ideas?

likely .

* While primary relief can be there with sitting in reclining position ,
analgesics , bronchodilators with decongestants ;
I would recommend in person examination and x-ray chest .
