Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Neck And Around The Collar Bone
I have pain in the back of my neck and also in the front around the collar bone. Has been going on for a few weeks. The pain seems to be worse with very slight movements. I do have arthritis but it is becoming very bothersome. I have had herniated discs in the back of my neck in the past but this feels different.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Tramadol for pain relief.
if symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. An X-ray neck is required to rule out conditions like cervical spondylitis.
