Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Shin
Fell down a week ago where my right side of my calf\shin landed on a piece of metal rebar pretty hard . when I hit I heard a loud popping noise, it was very hard to walk at all at first but the pain keeps coming back after I think its better. I thought maybe I jus pulled the muscle but the pain I can feel all the way towards the front of my shin and down toward my toes.
