hi i am 25 year old male im 5'6 and weight about 155lbs. I noticed a pain in the tip of my penis when i squeeze and having trouble starting a steady urine flow. Last night i couldn't sleep cause i was having lower back pains and kinda feeling sick. Also my urine has been very yellow i have no discharge but if i do its clear. Could this be a UTI?
