Wrist pains are usually an irritating problem and could be as chronic issue but rarely anything to be concerned about. If it's not a major pain affecting your ability to exercise significantly you may ignore it. If it's significant pain affecting your activities of daily living you will need to get proper imaging to determine the cause of the pain.
