Suggest Treatment For Pain In Wrist.

hi, i play karate and i fell and land on my wrist it really hurt put after about 10 min i contiue practic and it was fine as long as iam not trying to do any push up or apply any weight to my wrist but after going home my wrist does hurt when exten or flex up to my forearm with the latral portion of my forearm there is no swelling

Hello,

There are two possibilities in your case, one is you might suffer a fracture in your wrist or the other is you might suffer soft tissue injury.

So first better to get x-ray done to know the exact diagnosis.

Till then,
-use splintage
-use ice packs
-Take analgesics anti-inflammatory drugs.
