Hi,

Pain near lower ribs at back side may be due to infection if kidney or fractures of ribs or muscular pain or renal stones or ankylosing spondylosis or fibromyalgia, etc.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen, HLA B-27, CRP, ESR, and it necessary MRI spine. Drink plenty of water, use tablet Tryptomer at night. Use capsule but D3 60 k once a week for five weeks.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
