My urine smells like ham occasionally And now my right foot has severe pain behind the big toe joint for the past 2 weeks and now spread to ankle also. (No trauma, just walking) . Bloated abdomen for a few years, and lack of appetite and room for food. 43 year old male, excessive alcohol consumption.

It's mostly 1st metatarso phalanges joint inflammation and the most probable cause gout. Gout is condition in which blood level of uric acid increases and gets deposited in small joints in form of crystals. Alcohol consumption increase possibility of crystal deposition. I would like to advise you got rested for serum uric acid. And if it as increased Consult rheumatologist and he would guide you to start treatment for reducing blood level of uric acid.
