Suggest Treatment For Pain Throughout Left Shoulder Blade

I have been having pain throughout my left shoulder blade , it s particularly much more painfull as the day passes, it has been there for 4 days now and painkillers only ease for a little while, I also struggle to take a deep breath at times and coughing will send pain also, I suffered from a phnuemothrax last year but only a small partial area in the top left side , has this returned or is it something much less serious , I do not want to go to a&e if it is nothing to worry about

After going through your query I concluded that you may be having pleurisy as deep breathing cause pain and also coughing is also painful. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Breathing exercises are helpful in recovery.Vitamin B and C helpful in recovery. But as you have pneumothorax last year so as a safety measure you can get x ray chest done as a precaution.
