Suggest Treatment For Pain Under Chin And Around Adam's Apple
Hi, I get a sharp pain under my chin and all Around my Adams apple when I yawn, sneeze or blow my nose. This hasbeen progressively getting worse over the last 6 weks o so.i had a nasal endoscopy done about 2 moths go nd that wa norml. Most other times, it feels little sore but not too bad. I also hv. Dry cough.

Your symptom reveals Sino Pharyngitis. The post nasal dripping in Sinusitis causes chronic inflammation in throat some times involves laryngeal inlet so causing pain during yawning, blowing nose, dry cough.
Nasal endoscopy is normal here but sneezing +, Dry cough + indicates Post nsal Drip-ARS
Differential Diagnosis is Gastro esophageal reflux disease. May require UGI endoscopy, Video Laryngoscopy.
