Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Ankle

I fell about three weeks ago and turned my ankle. Black and blue for a while on the side of the foot.Ankle doesn't hurt and I can move everything. Side of the foot is tender and still bothers me when I walk sometimes.It is also a little swollen. Anything else i can do?
