I am being treated for a bladder infection, and now a larg and painful boil has developed in my perindeum area even causing swelling of my scrotum...should I ride it out (as I m already on macrobid 100mg twice a day) or should I head for the hospital, not causing problems with bowel movements or peeing

You should go to the ER now as the boil can spread into a serious infection.
