3 days ago my right armpit started hurting, the next day there s a long bruise down the inside of my arm to my elbow. It is quite painful to the touch and hurts to fully extend my arm.... Seems to be getting a little worse. Don t remember doing anything.

Hi

You seem to have developed a localised skin infection.
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry. Wash with lukewarm saline water twice daily and apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected area twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the infection tends to persist or increase.
Take some oral anti inflammatory agents like ibuprofen or paracetamol twice daily to relieve the pain .
