According to your history it seems to be a case of folliculitis which is inflammation of hair follicles. Do hot fermentation over the painful bumps. Take antibiotic containing amoxicillin clavulanic acid twice daily for 7 days along with serratiopeptidase aceclofenac combination for 3 days. Apply mupirocin cream twice daily over the lesions. The sores will heal completely within 7-10 days with this treatment. For the healing of anal fissure the stools need to be soft. For this increase the intake of water , fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take isabgol husk at night and increase your physical activity.
