Suggest Treatment For Painful Eye Movements

Hi ok so my eyes hurt really bad when I look up down left or right. It fell reall bad and almost as if the tug was in the back of my eyes. They hurt a lot they have been like this for the last 2 days. What is it and how do you suggest I deal with it?

Besides history of trauma, Provisionally we should rule out retobulbar neuritis.If such a case comes to my clinic, I will give some NSAID pills such as Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 3 days along with local NSAID eye drops e.g. Nepafenac one drop twice for 5 days)
One B-scan should be done in any case under local consultation.
