Suggest Treatment For Painful Flatulence And Shortness Of Breath

I have extreme air trapped pain in anus, lower abdomen and chest and am short of breath. I got the pain last night like 20 minutes after sex I did nothing out of the ordinary and no anal sex. I recently had a gyno check up and have no cysts or anything wrong. It feels likepainful gas prpressure is in my body.

You should do anal manometry which tests pressures in anal canal and rectoscopy to rule out cysts and polyps or hemorrhoids inside rectum. In every case, I dont think this is concerning,try to have liquid diet and be physically active,it will speed up bowel emptying.
