Suggest Treatment For Painful Foot Post Injury

Hi , 15 days back , my foot got burned by boiled milk.On 4th sept doc removed all dead skin and given me skin cream and multivitamin to treat scar.Everything was fading quickly..black border is coming on big patch, today I hurt my same foot patch by scooter s stand..n water started coming out.I consult one BMS doc , he gave me antibiotic n did dressing n bandage.Now I removed it , as my foot started paining.Should I apply boroline now? should I consult surgeon tomorrow or any medications if any doc will able to suggest , would be really helpful?

After going through your query I concluded that you are having injury to your foot due to burn. It get infected due one more injury. You can apply betadine ointment locally. You need antibiotics for control of infection. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief.
