Suggest Treatment For Painful Itchy Pimples

I am ligated since september 2012,and after a year,i noticed that huge pimple appears on my face,when it is healed,another one is appearing on the other cheek,after 3 months it is appearing again,and the scars are there.now almost every week i have a huge pimple... It is painful ang very itchy...iam always washing my face with a facial cleanser ang i also moisturize.what shall i do?

hii.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.you have acne.my opinion is that,
1.dont squeeze or scratch the pimples.
2.wash your face often using good facewash.
3.apply clindamycin ointment twice daily over the pimples.
4.maintain good hygiene.
