Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think one condition that we should rule out is compressive fracture of vertebral body and any possible wrist fracture. This fracture may happen with this mechanism by which you fell.

An X-ray of spine and wrist is needed to confirm or exclude this diagnosis so I recommend you to go to ER for evaluation.

Wish you a quick improvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Edvin Selmani
