Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump In The Collar Bone Area

I have a hard lump on my right collar bone. It is painful sometimes and my right arm sometimes becomes numb/tingling. The lump has been there two months. What could it be, and what steps should I take now? The pain has gotten worse over the two months since I noticed the lump.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history in details and understood your concerns.
I would advise the following :
MRI of the neck to see for lump, its relation to the brachial plexus, cervical spine.
FNAC of the lump.
Tests of blood.
If needed, biopsy and further treatment as per the reports.
Its already 2 months hence the need to hurry.
I find this answer helpful
