Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump On Foot

Hi there, I am wanting some advice. For the past couple of months I have had a lump on the heel of my foot, Its quite painful and I want walk or touch that part of my foot, its like i have a marble on the inside of my foot, any ideas on what thing could be?

Hi,Dear,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from-Tendoachilles Subtendinous Bursitis./Retro-Calcaneal Bursitis / or could be from -Sever's Disease of-Calcaneal Apophysitis.USG and X-ray of the ankle would fix the diagnosis.
Treatment -
Would be Motrin/ Steroids Intralesional/ Hot fomentation / Rest/ infrared heat locally would help.
