Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump On Shoulder Blade Caused By An Injury

I fell down a small flight of steps three weeks ago and landed on concrete. My ribs under my right pectoral muscle were badly bruised. They are healing fine. I have started to get pain below my right shoulder blade with a lump 1.5 inches in diameter. What could this be?

It may be hematoma.
You should apply ice and thrombophohbe gel.
Should take tablet tramadol twice a day along with antiemetic drug and rest of that sided arm for 28 days.
