Suggest Treatment For Painful Marks On Thigh & Butt

i have a bite mark on my upper right thigh near my butt cheek. It has caused SEVERE swelling and pain. No itchin....what is best treatment for this. I have antibiotics and have been using a heat pad and rags. The swelling seems to have dimished a lil' but the pain in the muscle part is almost inbareable. any thing else i need to do
