Hi,

At present to get rid of the menstrual cramp take Spasmol (Spasmoproxyvon) or Naproxen sodium (aleve), one SOS when pain. You can also take Omeprazole to stop gastritis from building up.

Don't do any heavy work, stay at rest & relax. You should get physically examined & get USG/Imaging tests done to rule out any developing pathology. You ma require Hormonal therapy & medications. Get treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Nupur K.

General Surgeon Dr. Shinas Hussain's  Response
Hello,

You are having a condition called dysmenorrhea.
It’s quite common among young females and the intensity of the pain decreases over time.
As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid (Meftal) for pain relief. If symptoms persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
