Suggest Treatment For Painful Plaque In Veins Of The Foot

I have plaque in my viens. I have a blood clot in my left leg behind the knee. I have had several surguries. Most recently the bi-pass totally ecluded and is again blocked. DR told me I have developed good collateral viens and am not in danger as I am getting blood flow to my lower leg. However, the bottom of my foot is in great painand absolutely the worst in the mornings or after periods of rest like it is not getting enough blood. What can I do to improve or even fix the problem? Walking / hiking is almost out of the question as it is just to painful.
