Suggest Treatment For Painful Red Spot On Buttocks
I started feeling a pain in under my right bum cheek last night and noticed it was a spot when I got home. I checked up on it now as its been very painful all day and I have noticed that it has tripled in size. Is this something I should go to the doctor for?

Hi. It could be a furuncle (boil). Take a course of oral antibiotic like cephalexin and apply a topical antibiotic like mupirocin. Hot compress would help you with pain and swelling. Hope it helps.
