Suggest Treatment For Painful Sores In Mouth Due To Cheek Bite

chewed my cheeks through stress whilst asleep. Now have sores near the front and middle of my mouth which are white and super painful. I havent eat proper food in 4 days, just milkshakes and water and very soft foods. I've been gargling with cold water and salt water. Anything else I can do to help.
