Suggest Treatment For Painful Sores On Thigh

Please, Easter Sunday while showering I noticed by feel only that I had a weird bump(s) on my thigh. After my shower I looked with a mirror and noticed two water blisters and a large area of redness. After my family looked I popped the blisters and cleaned the area. Now, I have two sores & the area is very painful. WTF ???

Hi,

As per your query you have painful sores on thigh which could be due to clogging of sebaceous glands with dead bacteria and sebum and infection of hair follicle as well. Need not to worry.

I would suggest you to keep the area clean and maintain proper hygiene and dryness. Wash properly with cold water and apply topical antibacterial cream bacitracin.

Take oral antibiotics as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid itching and pricking skin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
