hi there.. I recently had a sinus surgery and got these ulcers on my throat which are very painful. Difficult to eat, drink and at times even talking is extremely painful. My doctor said it because i have B12 deficiency and that the ulcer will go away in 10-14 days. But I can t wait for that long. Its damn painful. After googling I am thinking of trying FLUOCINONIDE. Just want to know if I should look for some precautions before taking this.
