Hi,

If you have a faithful partner and both of you are free from genital infections then there is no need to worry. The cause for your pain during urination is likely due to trauma to the genital organs due to rough sex. There might be a small cut in the vaginal wall or near the urethra when you had sex. This caused a small bleeding wound in the area. With passage of urine, the raw wound gets uncovered and once again it might start paining accompanied by a little bleeding as you have mentioned. I would suggest that you have a look into the vagina, clitoris and urethra region with a mirror and see if you have got a cut wound or any raw bleeding area. If there is active bleeding then consult a doctor and take medications. For small wounds there is no need to worry and it will heal by itself. Please avoid sex for a week and drink lots of water and visit washrooms regularly to avoid any possible urine infection. Wash your genitals twice daily with warm water and wipe it dry to allow quicker healing.
