Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination,PSA Level Is 47

I am 73 yrs old and i meet an accident before 7 yrs, at that time I was suffering fom brain hammorage and was recoverd, but unfortunately I was suffered from brain hammorage with hydrosefalus again in 1 year ago and surgery was done and posted shunt in my brain. After my brain hammorage my prostate problem begin, I was taking Roliten OD 4 mg and dutalpha. It was working properly but now I have a problem with painful urination?? My PSA level is 47? Please suggest me?

Your prostate specific antigen means PSA is higher.
You don't mention which type of prostate problem you have.....

Prostate enlargement or other infection may cause problem in urination and burning pain with other urination problem.

You have to consent a nephrologist as soon as possible for further diagnosis.
