Hi, I recently found a spot, that turned into a white head right on the top of my thigh almost near my ground area. I tried to pop it but it was like it bled inside under the skin, it has released some sort of clear liquid. The spot is very painful and has now turned really red and where the spot has sort of scanned over it has turned almost black. Should I be worried?

It appears from your query that you have got infection of the hair root at the thigh area. In your kind of cases I suggest my patients to not to scratch or pinch or pop painful white head on thigh area.
I suggest my patients to take a proper oral antibiotics such as amoxicillin or related antibiotic. A pain killer tablet is of much help in case of pain and inflammation.
Do not wear any synthetic or tight clothes as can irritate teh area and can cause further spread of infection. I also suggest to take bit rest and keep your leg elevated so that ther should be less of pain due to straining.
