when using a computer for a long time, or repeating the same computer clicks, moves, repetitively I start the feel stressed, and experience heart palpitrations along with a lethargic feeling. I should note that I take atenonol for an irregular heart beat.

Irregular heartbeat in your case has to be assessed thoroughly via baseline ecg and 24hr holter ecg.This can accurately assess the ectopic beats.A 2 dimensional echo helps to rule out organic heart pathology.Drugs like anxiolytics and calcium channel blockers will help to control irregular heartbeat pattern in your case.Reduce the intake of coffee and alcohol.Regular physical exercise for 20 min/day for 5 days a week will be helpful in functional cases.Radiofrequency ablation of the heart can offer cure in refractory cases.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
