Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a panic disorder.

The good news is that there are many treatment options for this situation: psychotherapy, Yoga, meditation, herbal medicine, anti-depressants, etc.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a specialist of this field (psychologist, psychiatrist, etc.) to help with this situation.

It is also advisable to check thyroid hormone levels and exclude possible thyroid gland dysfunction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
