Suggest Treatment For Panic Attacks,excessive Crying And Fast Breathing

hi,
my query is that i have always been emotional and cry but more recently i will cry a lot more and sometimes have hysterically episodes of panic, crying and rushed breathing, i'll also sometimes usually at same time feeling low and down. I'm OK and happy the rest of the time and especially when i'm keeping busy and not thinking about it.
