Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that there are different treatment strategies in this case:

-painkillers and physiotherapy
- local steroid infiltration
- surgery.

I would first recommend trying painkillers and physiotherapy. If this does not help, I would recommend following the next steps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
