Suggest Treatment For Paralysed Right Diaphragm

I have been diagnosed with a paralysed right diaphragm which is causing me trouble breathing, tight chest pain , soreness in the throat (feels like I am being choked), had heart checked out - all good. I am very sore down the right hand side. Back to my specialist next week , but am at a loss as how to handle this - it is scary and when I bend forward hard to breathe. From what I have read there is no cure? How does this happen? How do I handle it

The causes for the paralysis needs to be identified. If all work up is done for the same and is found to be negative. Then in view of your history of breathlessness which is troublesome, the option is surgical plication of the diaphragm which shows about 10-20% improvement in your lung capacity. Provided your lung are healthy otherwise.
