Paranasal Sinuses: Concentric mucosal thickening within the left maxillary sinus extending along its infundibulum. The remaining paranasal sinuses are clear. Concha bullosa on the left and paradoxical curvature of the middle turbinate on the left. I am having surgery soon. What is the procedure to do this?

It is the Endoscopic sinus surgery which is done .
