Suggest Treatment For Patient Talking To Themselves And Debilitating
Someone I know is talking and debating with themselves a lot! They are male, 46, a heavy smoker and previously had an angioplastiogram. They are withdrawn and it is difficult to communicate with them sometimes. I feel they don't listen. Can you help?
I think he is suffering from depression or some other mental health disorder. Better to convince him to consult a psychiatrist. If he is not ready call doctor to home after informing doctor about his problem by some relatives. Also take the all reports of past treatment and current going on with all investigations and medicines. After proper history and examination doctor can help surely.
