Suggest Treatment For Peeling Of Skin On Upper Lip

yesterday I waxed a 13 year old girl...after I waxed her she told me she started using acne cream and I panicked! I watched her skin and it looked like the reddness was going away..the next day her mother called me and told me she had wax on her lip so they rubbed oil on it...later today she sent me a picture of it and her skin has been ripped off!!!! What do it do??

Possible reasons
1.No post waxing precautions, as waxing itself tends to injure the skin.
2.Acne creams contain exfoliants and other chemicals that may have affected the injured skin.
No need to panic. Do not apply any over the counter cream.
typical antibiotics with Antiinflammatory chemicals are the way to go. However , it is mandatory to visit a dermatologist to assess the level of damage and get treated accordingly
