hi i have chronic pelvis pain... it feels in the middle of my pelvis had pain for 4 months now with this , and had low back pain that was bad but seems to of almost gone... doctor says its nothing to worry about as i have been there 3 times... i do have really bad anxiety and the doctors scares me stiff... but its painful in my pelvis and sometimes can feel like a burning sensation as well... water test was negative also.

Pelvic pain can be from bones in pelvis ( lumber& sachral spinal pain / Hip joint pain/ weakness of bones .. osteoporosis ), Infection or inflammation of organs in the pelvis ( fibroid uterus, ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, ovarian cyst, kidney or bladder problems, pelvic inflammation) & similarly digestive & kidney/ bladder diseases can cause constant pelvic pain. -; Your continuous pain with tingling in between suggest pressure on sensory nerves of pelvis by some growth/ swelling/ displaced vertebrae. - You need extensive health check up & investigations to pin [oint the cause followed by specific treatment.
