Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Urinary Blockage

hi iam manasa,at my left kidney there is pelvi urinary junction blockage.iam just 1 moth ago married,after marraige iam easily getting urine infection and when passin gurine high pain,at left side of my waist.doctors are suggesting to undergo surgery..iam i getting urine infecion pain beause of this problem r nothing to do this problem.
