Suggest Treatment For Penile Discharge

Dear Doc

I have a wired issue at the moment, I have a pre cum, coming all the time but no burning or any sort of pain... I have been travelling a lot and I have a feeling I've got a bacteria from toilet or could it be from my new girlfriend ? What should I do ? I am in a remote area at the moment and I can't get access to see a doctor...

What should I take for a medicine ?
