so normally when i get up in the morning and i have to go to the bathroom my penis is hard. but i woke up one morning and i had to pee and it wasn't hard. i tried to make it hard to see if there was a problem and it got a little hard but the head was still soft. ever since then it has felt really different. my girlfriend tried to get it hard to see if there was a difference and she noticed that it was hard but the head was still soft. i can push on the head and it's more squishy then it normally is. the urethra opens more then it normally does. i am very scared because it just happened all of a sudden. i don't know what to do. can you please help me?
