Suggest Treatment For Perianal Absscesses & Levido Reticularis

Hi, i have been having recurrent perianal absscesses constant for the last year. I also have a rash that i ve been told is levido reticularis. They have done blood tests and biobsy and are normal, however i am constantly in hospital getting abscesses drained, my blood pressure is low and i am so fatigued all the time. I am currently 8stone and have to eat so much to keep the weight on or i keep loosing it. Would you have any ideas or recomendations on my current health as i have been attending so many doctors and know one can help me.

Hi.
The causes of recurrent perineal abscesses include colitis, inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, tuberculosis, fistula in ano, diabetes, being receptive partner in anal sex, etc...
U need to rule out all these causes. U should visit a gastroenterologist, get colonoscopy done to look into any of the above causes.
Livedo reticularis is simply the result of being chilled. But it may be a symptom of a serious underlying condition, such as vascular disease, an endocrine disorder or a rheumatologic disease, such as lupus.
Both the entities are different and probably don't have association.
