Hello... No one seems to know whats going on with me. Ive been having bladder problems for months and i only in the past few weeks have been extremely fatigued, it pains me to even talk im so exhausted. Ive also been very dizzy and light headed. Ive also been noticing blood in my stool lately. Should i be worried?!

Blood in stool may come from lower gastrointestinal tract or upper gastrointestinal tract.
If you have bright red blood then it may be due to piles or rectal problems. You should go for per rectal examination and if needed go for colonoscopy.
Blackish blood is due to peptic ulcer or mass in upper gastrointestinal tract and it need ultrasound abdomen and endoscopy.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
